Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Appa Web Studio websites or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use our websites or services.

2. Services Provided

Appa Web Studio provides digital and creative services, including:

• Web design & development (Webflow, Shopify, custom builds)
• Branding & visual identity
• Automation services (Make.com, Notion, Gmail, Shopify)
• Consulting & system design
• Digital templates, dashboards, training materials

Final deliverables, scope, pricing, and timelines are defined in each individual proposal or invoice.

3. Payments & Billing

Our payment structure typically follows:

• 50% upfront deposit
• 50% upon completion (before the website goes live)

Premium projects may follow a 50% / 25% / 25% model.

Late payments may result in production delays.

No work is delivered or published until full payment is completed.

4. Revisions & Scope

Each package includes a defined number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included amount are billed separately.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, the client agrees to provide:

• Timely feedback
• Access to required accounts and platforms
• Brand materials (logo, images, fonts)
• Copy/content needed for the website

6. Cancellations & Refunds

If a project is canceled before production begins, the client may receive a partial refund. Once production has started (design or development), the initial deposit becomes non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership of all deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment.

Appa Web Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolio materials unless otherwise agreed.

8. Limitations of Liability

Appa Web Studio is not liable for:

• Hosting downtime or performance issues
• Third-party integration failures
• Security breaches caused by external systems
• Loss of revenue due to client mismanagement

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Privacy & GDPR

All data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable EU regulations.
